I consider it a privilege to take an idea and make it reality. Such is the case for Texas Sports Review, LLC.
Wanting a one-stop shop for local, Houston-based sports and entertainment media, as well as development of the internet radio station, KTXF, the owner, Cris Roth, approached me to take the lead as CEO.
When I started, Texas Sports Review had none of the following:
- Business Plan
- Initial (and 5-year) P&L Projections
- Marketing Proposal
- Employees
- On-Air Talent and Writing Staff
Since my association, we now have all of those things. I've been able to provide strategic leadership in conjunction with the rest of the executive and middle management team (most of whom I personally recruited.) We now have over 60 individuals participating as employees, on-air talent, and writing contributors.
With a firm growth plan in place, Texas Sports Review continues its successful expansion today.
